Abstract
This IDC Market Perspective describes the key takeaways from the Infosys Analyst and Advisory Day event in Richardson, Texas, on March 7, 2024. The event focused on Infosys customers that deployed Infosys Cobalt (a set of cloud-based services, solutions, and platforms for enterprises) and now has a new focus on Infosys Topaz that will leverage data, analytics, and AI to drive enterprise growth and enable connected ecosystems for clients. Infosys featured a variety of vertical-focused customers and some that featured Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This document describes the top impressions of several IDC analysts who attended the event.
"Infosys struck a balance detailing what it can do for customers around cloud computing but also the new realm of AI as a business catalyst going forward," said Scott Tiazkun, research manager, Security Services at IDC.
