This IDC Market Presentation uses IDC's 3Q23 Cloud Pulse Survey data covering more than 1,700 respondents to provide an indication of market perception on leading cloud vendors. It covers levels of satisfaction for company attributes, cost and pricing, partnering, products and services, customer support and services, and sales and account management. Vendors covered include IBM, HPE, Dell, Oracle, Cisco, Huawei, AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Alibaba Group, and VMware. The sample used almost evenly represents North America, Asia/Pacific, and Western Europe and includes only respondents responsible for cloud decision making at their companies, which range from SMBs to large enterprises.
