Advanced AI, including generative AI, features prominently in the next generation of SaaS business applications. IDC's 2023 CloudShare Survey reveals rapid adoption of generative AI by ISVs seeking to improve efficiency, enhance developer skills, and increase the overall value of SaaS applications through rapid prototyping and innovation. More than 50% are investing significantly in advanced and generative AI.
