Abstract
NECは2023年7月6日に、日本語版の独自LLM（Large Language Model：大規模言語モデル）を開発し、同年8月から提供を開始することを発表した。NECが開発したLLMはGenerative AI（生成AI）の一つであり、同社が独自にデータを収集し、加工した多言語データを利用した基盤モデル（Foundation Model）である。本調査レポートでは、NECのGenerative AIプロジェクトの概要、取り組みの背景、同社の提供価値を示し、企業ユーザー、AI（Artificial Intelligence：人工知能）関連市場に与える影響や動向について考察する。
